Luna

Age 12 in dragon years; older sister of Poison. A human standing next to her in dragon form would reach the top of her leg.

Powers:

• Animus magic: Can enchant any non-living object or plant (not animals), giving it will and action — e.g., enchanting a plant to walk out of its pot and steal stuffies.
• Weather control: Controls weather, which counts as an “object” to her power.
• Day/night control: Enchants something that beams to the moon or sun and changes day to night or vice versa.
• Outer space breathing: Can breathe in outer space.
• Flight: Can fly in dragon form.
• Soul protection: Enchanted a bracelet she always wears to protect her soul, since using animus magic costs a piece of the user’s soul.
• Human disguise: An enchanted bracelet makes her appear human to everyone except Poison, their kitten, and their puppy.

Name origin: Named Luna because she loves nighttime (always used to make it nighttime) and because she can breathe in outer space.

Backstory: Same as Poison — fled their dragon world when it was attacked by humans, escaped via a separate escape pod through the same black hole.

Relationships: Sister Poison (younger). Owns a puppy; she made it animus and Poison gave it shape-shifting power — it is one of the only beings who can see her true dragon form. Dragons live forever unless killed in a fight or similar.

Home: New York City, same large house as Poison (needed to accommodate dragon size).
